STORY BEHIND THE NAME

In tribute to the great explorer Samuel de Champlain and his birthplace in the Cognac region of France, we married the Cognac from one of the regions most celebrated family owned and run distillery which has vineyards in both the Grande Champagne and Fins Bois areas.
